Please read the following carefully before booking a demo class or purchasing a ticket.


Consideration and Waiver of Liability Activity: Robotics and Coding Classes provided by STEMxplore Education Inc. (the “Activity Provider”) Release of Liability: I, the undersigned, being of lawful age and in consideration of being permitted to participate in the robotics and coding classes provided by STEMxplore Education Inc., hereby release and forever discharge STEMxplore Education Inc., its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, legal representatives, and successors from all manner of actions, causes of action, claims, and demands arising out of any injury to person or property, including injury resulting in death, which may occur as a result of participating in the classes. This release applies even if such injury or loss was caused wholly or partly by the negligence of the Activity Provider. Condition of Participation: I understand that I (or my child, if applicable) would not be permitted to participate in the robotics and coding classes without signing this waiver. Concurrent Release Binding Agreement: This waiver is intended to be legally binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, and assigns, extinguishing any legal obligations owed to me or my child by STEMxplore Education Inc. Fitness to Participate Physical and Mental Condition: I confirm that I (or my child) do not have any physical limitations, medical conditions, or mental health issues that would prevent safe participation in the robotics and coding classes. If necessary, I will seek medical clearance prior to participation. Full and Final Settlement Acknowledgment of Risks: I acknowledge that I have been given sufficient time to read and understand this waiver and have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice. I fully understand the risks involved in participating in the classes and freely consent to waive any claims against STEMxplore Education Inc. for any injury, loss, or damage that may arise during or in preparation for the classes. Governing Law Jurisdiction: This waiver will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario. Attendance Policy Mandatory Attendance: Regular attendance is required for the Participant’s progress in the robotics and coding classes. The Participant may miss one session every two months for travel, illness, or pre-booked commitments, which can be added as a class credit for those on a program commitment. Notice of Absence: Please inform the instructor at least 72 hours in advance of any absence. Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions. Classroom Conduct: Participants are expected to be respectful to instructors, peers, and property. Disruptive behaviour, foul language, and any form of disrespect will not be tolerated. Constructive feedback is encouraged to ensure a safe, positive environment for everyone. Media Release Agreement The Participant (or Parent/Guardian) consents to being a subject in media productions created by STEMxplore Education Inc., which may include the following activities for personal or commercial purposes: Filming, video editing, photography, sound recording, and web production, specifically related to robotics and coding activities. Release of Liability for Media Use Media Usage Consent: I hereby grant permission to STEMxplore Education Inc. to capture images, video, and audio recordings of the Participant for any purpose, including advertising, promotion, or marketing of its robotics and coding programs. STEMxplore’s Rights: I understand that STEMxplore Education Inc. retains full rights to all media created and may edit, combine, crop, or otherwise modify the media without further consent or compensation. Duration of Agreement: This agreement is irrevocable, perpetual, and worldwide. I acknowledge that this agreement is binding on me and my heirs and cannot be rescinded.
